About Us
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer during my annual mammogram, my radiologist and doctors told me how fortunate I was to have caught it early. That early detection—made possible by simply staying on top of my yearly mammograms—likely saved my life. But through this experience, I learned that many women aren’t as fortunate, not because they’re less diligent, but because they can’t afford a mammogram, or they live in rural areas without access to screening. That realization lit a fire in me: no one should face a late-stage cancer diagnosis because of where they live or their financial situation. So we decided to form a 501(c)(3) for the sole purpose of raising money to help fix this problem as much as we can. So, by connecting with the KU Endowment department, we feel we are now in a position to help. We are excited to benefit KU Women's Cancer department, and the Masonic Cancer Alliance to provide these mammogram services for women in need. With your help, maybe we can change their lives. God Bless.
